Jerry and Tyler return all phone calls and emails promptly. We are fortunate to make our living exclusively brokering dental practices and do not need to supplement our income with practice consulting or selling equipment. This allows us to be available to you and your buyer.

Personal Touch

You will play an important role in the transition of your dental practice. However, we feel that it is our responsibility to do the heavy lifting. We do not expect you to show your practice alone. We are personally at every showing to ensure that the buyer is fully informed. Often, we know the questions they want to ask before they do.

    Jerry Weston, MBA

    Jerry Weston has been selling and appraising professional practices as a Licensed Colorado Broker since 1985. He founded Professional Marketing & Appraisal, a full service Brokering and Consulting firm specializing in Professional Practice Sales, Appraisals, and Practice Transition Services. Jerry has managed several Dental Practices in Colorado and has provided start-up, management, and marketing assistance to dentists over the years. Jerry has appraised and been involved in more than 1,000 practice transitions in Colorado. In addition, he has served as an expert witness for deposition and at court hearings regarding practice values, sales, associate/partner agreements and restrictive covenants. He has lectured graduating students at the University of Colorado Dental School in the areas of Dental Practice valuations and transitions.

    Tyler Weston

    A graduate of Colorado State University, Tyler has over 10 years of sales and negotiation experience. Tyler joined Weston Dental Transitions December 2011, He has implemented new technology and marketing strategies to give our clients the best service and largest breath of internet exposure possible, while maintaining complete confidentiality. Tyler has lectured at the Colorado Dental Association on the subjects of Practice Transitions, the Colorado Marketplace and Valuation. He has successfully completed over 100 transitions working with buyers and sellers.

    Tyler was an Accounts Executive for the nation’s largest privately held recruiting firm. Tyler developed the highest earning territory in the Western United States. Working with many of the largest companies in Colorado, negotiating to reach an outcome that benefitted everyone.

    Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney, and playing with his son, Cruz. You can find the Weston’s exploring the mountains, fly fishing one of Colorado’s beautiful tributaries or Golfing with friends.
